Pretty much looking at twins right now, but still it could be fun to play the game anyway.  "Who Wore it Better." Should be interesting and He is thinking that these two duos match up pretty well.  Let's break down the looks and see how they did.

Girls 1: You might remember her for a post awhile back when He said this dress was way too long. "This chick was legit good looking, nice dress, what He would imagine is probably a nice bag, but having a dress like this get dirty and drag all over the city cannot be good for business. Kinda gross actually, probably should've worn heels and this would be an issue."
Girls 2: Wedgie Picker! Not a big deal, happens to the best of us, well not everyone ends up on Fashion by He, but so is life. Another uber long dress, as least this chick has a belt to kind of break up the fabric.

How long has it been since we have done one of these "Who Whore it Better" features? This weeks showdown is between two phone addicts, both in short shorts and wedges. Like most girls in this damn city, bags so big they could literally fit inside them. Let's break down the looks and see how they did.

Girl 1: The NYC Girl: Lots of friendship bracelets, very popular right now, and don't take that as a sign she has lots of friends, people are just buying them without friends to match up with. This chick is definitely more of a NYC girl whereas girl 2 is more of a tourist. Black shirt, short jean shorts, ray-ban sunglasses and some pretty cool wedges. Not sure if you can see in the pic, but if you zoom in, they have gold studs running along the bottom. Nice addition.
Girl 2: The Tourist: She is a little lost, waiting for a friend, checking the phone to see what the hell she is waiting for. Short black shorts, high wedge shoes, long necklace right down the center of her chest. (He has written about this before, long necklaces, make the boobs look nicer, it gets right in between them perfectly) She must of also got the memo on the extremely large bag, seems absurd at this point, but girls will be girls.

Holy mother of god, hot sisters. It wasn't that long ago He was talking about about amazing Vanessa Hudgens was looking at Coachella and now she's back on the blog again. Vanessa is out shopping with sister Stella, and obviously doing a great job at showing her the ropes of looking good. Let's break down the looks and see how they did.

Vanessa: He has learned that Vanessa is wearing a Love Heals, Jen's Pirate Booty Jewelry and Blu Moon Baby doll Dress all from Planet Blue. The girl goes shopping in heels, how can He not like this already. She is rocking an upper arm bangle, and we know by now that's one of He's favorite ways to style jewelry. Oozing hotness, makes He want to pick up and move to warm weather Xali.
Stella: Not even sure that He can technically write about Stella or even how old Stella is, but this chick learns fast. High waisted jean shorts and heels, bingo! If you are gonna wear short shorts, make your legs look 10x longer by strapping on a pair of heels. Leopard heels and you are ready to party.

Kesha: Or who the f*ck no has this one even spells her name. This chick put on more weight then Jessica Simpson, like damn, did she eat a whale outta that ocean? He thinks we can all agree that bathing suit has seen better days, probably dying to get off her. The only decent thing about this look is that the high waisted bathing suit is probably holding some of her stomach back.

Girl 1: Our working girl of the two, blackberry in hand shes ready to answer all of your emails while enjoying some sunshine. He is definitely feeling the black dress, but the Heels are where He runs into some problems. Girls always tell He, its work I dont need to wear 4" heels, well guess what, F*ck you. Only the 4" get the promotions and the top jobs, keep wearing your 2" heels and you will go no where.
Girl 2: This is definitely our sexy student of the week. Black tank top jumper, capri style, showing off that ankle cleavage, which all kn0w is hot. Girl 2 has on like 4" wedges all tied up and twisted, but hey that "the way i like to be" (if you know the song) Girl 2 is also sporting a lot more jewelry then Girl 1. Gold Bangle, or stacked bracelets, hard to tell, but either way, He Approves.

Girl 1: You will have to take He's word for it, but this girl was a 10, no doubt HottHe matieral. But anyway she was wearing a simple white tshirt with military style wind pants almost. He doesn't know what they were, and didn't exactly think it was right to walk up an touch them. So we are left to wonder. Girl 1 was going strong with at least a 4" wedge, He approved.
Girl 2: Girl 2 has more of khaki green military inspired pant on and to tell you the truth, the fit needs some work. But she did have on very high wooden style JC clogs, so that earned her big points.

Welcome back to our weekly FashionVOTE by He - Who Wore it Better? No doubt this is one of the hardest FashionVOTE by He that has been featured - Jeans, an Belt and heels/wedges. Both women are on the phone as well. These pictures are soo close it is almost like playing a game of PhotoHunt in a bar. Before He asks, "Who Wore it Better?" let's break down what we are looking at...

Girl 1: Hey blondie, nice slim fit jeans you got on there. Makes those legs and ass look great. Standing high a pair of wedges are always going to help the body out. The "big" issue here is the tight small belt blonde is wearing. It would appear that the help is a couple of sizes too small. He is all for belts to set off an outfit, but make sure the belt fits and doesn't take away from looking good.
Girl 2: He is a fan of the boyfriend thermal top, cute look. Another great pair of skin tight jeans and legs and ass that look even better because of the height of the heels. Girl 2 however choose a bigger wider oversized belt to spice up the outfit. It fits correctly and looks great.
