Updates were slow this last week primarily because there's not a lot of high end fashion action going on down here in Guatemala (my home country). Zara just came down here a few years ago which created an influx of new retail business and apparently it's not common practice yet to place online orders for clothing down here either.
While touring the Old National Post Office in Guatemala City though, I was lucky enough to run into Anika. Her German roots give her a height advantage over other Guatemalan's as she tops over 5'9" at just 16 years of age. Her top and head band are both designed by Ana Karen Bathen of ESPERANZANYC.
